The Annual Conference "Time. People. Library" of the 246th Anniversary of the Liepaja Central Scientific Library was held in Liepaja on 24 November 2023. Library professionals from Kurzeme and all over Latvia met at the conference to discuss the latest developments in the library field, share good experience, develop new collaborations and, of course, to talk about the book, research, and to feel Liepaja. The Voldemārs Caune award "Librarian of the year in work with children and youths" was solemnly presented during the conference.
