Ģederts Eliass Jelgava Museum
of History and Art

5 January 2022 was the 200th anniversary of the first Latvian-language newspaper Latviesu Avīzes being issued in Jelgava, by the Steffenhägen publishing house. Marking this significant event, an exposition dedicated to Latviešu Avīzes will be on display at the Ģ. Eliass Jelgava Museum of History and Art.
