Iļja Ļenskis' lecture "Insight into Jewish book publishing in Riga (1910–1940)"

On 31 August 2023, Iļja Ļenskis, historian, director of the museum "Jews in Latvia", gave a lecture "Insight into Jewish book publishing in Riga (1910–1940)" at the National Library of Latvia. Several publishing houses and a large number of printing houses produced various products of different content: from political proclamations to calendars of religious content, from textbooks to crime novels and to books on sexuality.
