On 10 May 2023, a conference "Publishing Activities in Limbaži and Its Surroundings Through the Centuries" was held in Limbaži Main Library in cooperation with Limbaži Museum and the National Library of Latvia. The event brought together librarians, museum and school representatives from the municipality and the neighbourhood, and other people from far and near. During the conference, there were 6 lectures on the history of book publishing.
