After that head to one of the reading rooms – just be sure to get a free NLL readers card first - it only takes five minutes (you’ll need your ID). Spend some time among the books, with a view overlooking the Old Town of Riga. Take the lift to level 11 and snap a photo with the Riga skyline in the background as a keepsake. Celebrate an exciting and meditative day at the NLL self service restaurant Klīversala or café Divi Raiņi.
