Virtual exhibition "Herrnhutian Manuscripts"

The National Library of Latvia has published its virtual exhibition "Herrnhutian Manuscripts" on the "Europeana" platform of the European Digital Library. The exhibition is available in Latvian and English.

The exhibition allows to trace the story of the Herrnhutian movement and to look into the diverse world of manuscripts. Ancient manuscripts are illuminated from several perspectives – as an alternative surrounded by secrecy to printed books and also as a diverse range of texts rich in genres.
