On 25 November 2022, Liepāja Central Scientific Library (LCSL) celebrated its anniversary by hosting the 15th conference "Time. People. Library".
Several important anniversaries intertwined in the theme of the conference of this year: the 245th anniversary of the library, the bicentenary of the first Latvian newspaper "Latviešu Avīzes" ("The Latvian Newspapers") and the centenary of Liepāja Opera.
